Electrostatic Field
Creature — Wall
Defender
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, Electrostatic Field deals 1 damage to each opponent.

Young Pyromancer perhaps? But maybe you don't play enough instants or sorceries to justify a slot.
+1 from me.

Very tight curve and great name.
How about the Sword of Once and Future? Might be alright. Also, maybe Guttersnipe or Thermo-Alchemist|Electrostatic Field to ping the opponent while you spellsling?

So I play stuff like Zada, Hedron Grinder and Mirrorwing Dragon so that when I cast Brute Force or Built to Smash and then cast Gods Willing targeting them, ALL my creatures are unblockable (from the protection) and pumped. I think the equipment and a lot of the creatures you selected are fun value cards, but its gotta be hard to close the game. Making things big, hard to kill, and unblockable...well that can close the game easily. Young Pyromancer and Leonin Lightscribe and probably better than Electrostatic Field and the spell recursion seems to go against the current, since your spells are rarely going to the graveyard. If you want I could upload my feather deck list when I get home later and you could sort of see the direction I decided to take it. Yours seems to want to grind out value, mine is more about killing your opponents

Bluelian! I've got some additional cards that I think we should consider and potentially work into your list to provide you with more wincons and card draw:
Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Jin-Gitaxias Flip, Electrostatic Field, Docent of Perfection Flip, Counterspell, Mana Drain, Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, Blue Sun's Zenith, Electrodominance, Lightning Bolt, Increasing Vengeance, Rapid Hybridization, Force of Will, Valakut Awakening Flip, Sublime Epiphany, Jeska's Will, Finale of Revelation, Crackle with Power, Banefire, Finale of Promise, Red Sun's Zenith, Seething Song, Mindsplice Apparatus, Primal Amulet Flip, The Magic Mirror, Twinning Staff, Thousand-Year Storm, Double Vision, City on Fire, Ral, Storm Conduit, Riptide Laboratory, Temple of Epiphany, Cascade Bluffs, Stormcarved Coast, Scalding Tarn, Fiery Islet, Spirebluff Canal, Training Center, Reflecting Pool, and Plaza of Heroes

This is beautiful. It's basically a subpar Izzet spellslinger with Aetherflux Reservoir slotted in. The strategy notes are desperately trying to convince us that there's some lifegain synergy with Soul-Scar Mage and Electrostatic Field, with random mentions of Revitalize and Curiosity. Not even a Lifetap , let alone Kraken's Eye or Dragon's Claw. It's definitely an Izzet deck, but the life gain is almost an afterthought.
Thank you for doing this.

Delphen7 - I am mostly evaluating it from a commander standpoint. The front side is a combination Birgi, God of Storytelling Flip and Electrostatic Field which on it's own is pretty darn powerful and a common wincon combination in EDH. His backside really shines in steps 2 and 3 as combined, they let you accumulate mana to set up large Past in Flames type turn (another common EDH wincon). Don't forget that once the last part triggers, Urabrask immediately flips back over so any instant/sorcery potentially cast from graveyards continue to trigger Urabrask's frontside. The mana color limitation makes the "all" graveyards clause a little less explosive, but the type of deck helmed by Urabrask, or with him in the 99 will likely have enough fuel in it's own graveyard to go off.
He isn't generically powerful like some of the other praetors, but in the right shell, he is very strong.

SufferFromEDHD Great suggestions, I had actually swapped out Generous Gift because I misread it as creature only removal, definitely putting that back in.
Swan Song got pulled because back when I was trimming cards to fit 100 almost all of my counters were noncreature, and I wanted to be able to deal with problematic creatures as well, just in case. Might slot it back in now that I've got dealt with that problem. Lofty Denial possibly the option to swap out.
The walls are good options, might take out Thermo-Alchemist and Electrostatic Field for them. Bit worried about how few red cards are the deck though.
Harsh Mercy while most likely keeping my blockers alive, also has a decent possibility of not dealing with the problem of my opponents board as well. I'll give it some thought though.
Also this is all theory, I actually haven't even put the deck together on paper yet. Once I've played it for a bit I'll have to do some tuning.
Thanks for the suggestions, if you have any more let me know.
