Hi_diddly_ho_neighbor That seems to be the case.
I went 5-0 (Abzan toxic spashing blue for Atraxa), and the other top decks were variations on Jund/Abzan toxic with Orzhov goodstuff making an appearance. Blue didn't seem that great overall unfortunately.

This looks a lot better than my attempts lol
Have you considered Summoner's Pact? It finds Rotpriest, and is a free way to up storm.

Wizards usually releases a list of pack contents. About halfway through this one is the following:
"Junji Ito's Elesh Norn – In addition to [the other manga horrors], we had the opportunity to pair the ultimate manga Horror artist, Junji Ito, with the star of Phyrexia: All Will Be One, Elesh Norn. Together, they created this phenomenal Magic card:
All of the borderless manga cards can be opened in Set, Draft, and Collector Boosters. Additionally, there are select borderless manga cards available in Collector Booster Sample Packs that come with the Commander decks."

My inclination (and the way my group plays) is to identify who's the biggest threat to your plan, and knock them down to 0, and then let them see your hand and pitch in on the planning.
So as the game goes on it sort of morphs from 1v1v1v1 to 2v2 with people (quietly) conferring on both sides to help keep everyone engaged in the game, even if they're no longer 'alive'.
Or I combo off with Underworld Breach and every dies at the same time :D

Since Venerated Rotpriest says "Whenever a creature" and not "Whenever one or more creatures..." it'll trigger for each target.
So yes, you could pair Rotpriest with multi target spells to rack up poison quickly.

By the current rules; yes, they cannot be run.
You seem to know the rule, but I'll cite it anyways
718.2a: "In constructed play, an Attraction deck must contain at least ten Attraction cards and each card in an Attraction deck must have a different English name."
However, if you were to play in an informal setting -- perhaps a friendly game -- then I'm sure most opponents wouldn't mind.

Neat project! Can't wait to see who gets salt score 100 XD

It probably has to do with Breath of the Wild, which was (and honestly still is) very popular upon its release. Since it did so well, Nintendo started venturing into other areas, namely Pokemon. Eevee/Pikachu and Sword/Shield also seemed to be very well received.
Now if I were a small[er] company, and I saw a big name company Nintendo doing very well with back to back games that were open world, open world would probably suddenly become my best friend.
So I'd say it's a cascading cycle of they keep being well received, so more and more developers are making them.

Warstorm will always enter after the tokens.
Ovika only triggers if you cast the spell.
601.2: "To cast a spell is to take it from where it is (usually the hand), put it on the stack, and pay its costs, so that it will eventually resolve and have its effect. Casting a spell includes proposal of the spell (rules 601.2a–d) and determination and payment of costs (rules 601.2f–h)."
And Warstorm is only cast when it's put on the stack. Thus it's already on the stack when Ovika triggers (and subsequently resolves first)

I think Tekuthal is weaker than Chisei for counter removal because it can't remove from enchantments, and Mystic Remora is where Chisei really shines (and sagas). But the proliferate is something else.

I got it to work here: https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/24-01-23-ehA-test/?cb=1674538172
I too received the Ornithopter message upon trying to paste a decklist with both as commander, but after checking the partner checkbox in hubs, setting the format to EDH, and unchecking private (I did all three before testing again) it worked.

Nothing will happen
From the rules on Tree of Perdition:
"If Tree of Perdition isn’t on the battlefield when the ability resolves, the exchange can’t happen and the ability will have no effect. Notably, activating the ability and giving Tree of Perdition -13/-13 in response won’t cause your opponent to lose the game. (2016-07-13)"

Just realized that could be construed either way; it seems to be 25 / 25 / 50

The way it should be implemented is it takes all viable cards, picks one at random, then puts that into your hand without shuffling. That's the ways the probabilities seem to play when I play Conjure Treasure Hunt.
However, there are no actual rules for it, and as it's WotC's Arena shuffler, who knows for sure. All I can say is what I've experienced across a limited number of trials.
Undercity Plunder and Clone Crafter look at all viable cards (either all cards or all creatures), pick one at random, and make a clone of it in your hand. Neither player gets to see the library and the order thereof.

I have mixed feelings about Skirmish. I'd want it to be good and playable, unlike the first three dungeons (those failed miserably), but I don't want to see modern/standard become 20 different variations of turbo battle (like initiative did to legacy -_-).
Honestly I just hope WotC manages to balance Battle correctly while having a fun viable addition to the game.

You only draw a card if the effect explicitly says draw. Since Ad Nauseam doesn't say draw, you aren't drawing them, and so Jace will not do anything.
121.5: "If an effect moves cards from a player’s library to that player’s hand without using the word “draw,” the player has not drawn those cards. This makes a difference for abilities that trigger on drawing cards and effects that replace card draws, as well as if the player’s library is empty."
