This Sydri deck is a combo commander deck.

Card Summary

Scourglass, Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Supreme Verdict, Caltrops, Cyclonic Rift, Leonin Bladetrap, and Toxic Deluge will help control any big board states from bullying us while we build up.
- Chief Engineer, Etherium Sculptor, Grand Architect, Mycosynth Golem, Teferi, Temporal Archmage, and Tezzeret the Seeker will let us produce more mana to help get our combos on the table faster. Then there's also the mana rocks in the deck.
Ethersworn Adjudicator, Cyclonic Rift, Dispatch, Mortify, Darksteel Mutation will pick off a lot of cards. There are combos in the deck to spot remove more cards as well.
- Academy Ruins, Buried Ruin, Myr Retriever, Razor Hippogriff, Sharuum the Hegemon, Trading Post, and Open the Vaults will let us retrieve combo pieces when the inevitably get smashed before we go off.
- Arcum Dagsson, Master Transmuter, Muzzio, Visionary Architect, Sphinx Summoner, Demonic Tutor, Fabricate, and Tezzeret the Seeker will let us find pieces of the combo faster and put them into play faster without using mana.
- Leonin Abunas and Stoic Rebuttal give us some ability to protect our cards. Admittedly this list is lacking in permission effects.

Combos

Now, onto the combos. First, the combos with the commander

  • Caltrops + Sydri = All attacking creatures die for 3 mana, you gain some life.

  • Leonin Bladetrap + Sydri = all attacking creatures without flying die for 5 mana (8 at instant speed), you gain some life.

  • Staff of Nin + Sydri = 3 mana kill anything

  • Mycosynth Lattice + Sydri = Kill any land for 1 blue mana

  • Mycosynth Lattice + March of the Machines = All lands die, amongst other things.

  • Mycosynth Lattice + March of the Machines + Master of Etherium = Everyone else's lands die, and you have a bunch of 1/1 lands

  • Sword of the Meek + Thopter Foundry = 1 life and a 1/1 flyer for as much mana as you can spend

  • Sword of the Meek + Thopter Foundary + Krark-Clan Ironworks = Infinite life, mana, and 1/1 fliers

  • Thopter Assembly + Time Sieve = Infinite turns, as long as you spend 6 mana to replay Assembly in each of those turns.

  • Pili-Pala + Grand Architect = Infinite mana of any color. Feel free to Blue Sun's Zenith to draw your deck, then kill everyone else with infinite draws

  • Trading Post + Myr Retriever = Using the 3rd mode of trading post, aimed at retriever and retriever aimed at anything else. Retrieve any artifact from the graveyard whenever you want. Nothing can stay there anymore.

  • Clock of Omens, Voltaic Key, and all other cards that involve untapping = I don't know if these random untap cards actually make an infinite combo, but I'm sure they do something with trading post, Ethersworn Adjudicator, Master Transmuter, Staff of Nin, or Kuldotha Forgemaster. Also, if you have Mycosynth Lattice then you can probably find something with Arcum Dagsson and Muzzio.
