Okay, okay.

So I'm lazy. Like not you're regular lazy, but the kind that just takes a long time to update anything. Or maybe that is just plain laziness?

Anyway, Marchesa, the Black Rose is my latest brew and I've been playing her for at least a month now.

A lot has happened in that month, mostly, she started out as just another deck for me to play, I originally had three, and then as I played her, and realized her potential, I began taking bits and pieces from my other decks (Prossh, Zurgo) and began adding them to this deck. Ultimately, I pulled those other decks apart and turned Marchesa into my main deck.

This does a lot of nasty things, mostly just messing with the board and putting out value creatures. If she's ignored in a game bad things can happen, if I get a sac outlet online, even worse things will happen because I will just bring everything back against removal.

I also feel it's very versatile and has a lot of answers for most games; as long as I'm the only one running counters. I put cards like Profaner of the Dead, Wash Out, Aetherize, and Sudden Spoiling to deal with token armies/annoying board states. Curse of the Swine, and Rapid Hybridization are great blue removal cards, gets around pesky commanders like Animar.

So this is my Marchesa deck, there are many just like it, but it is mine, and it is special.
