The original best boi in Magic. I think this was the fourth EDH deck I ever built. I had a mono blue deck and I wanted to begin my journey to building a mono color deck of all the colors and white being the underrated jank that it is what my next choice. I didn't want to go with the classic white commanders or the classic mechanics like lifegain I wanted something different and when Isamaru popped up I was like YES. This is it. One drop 2/2 that you can make bigger with auras and equipment? Looks like we going Voltron, boys. And that's ultimately what the deck is. I didn't go Auras because Auras fall off forever I thought equipment was the better choice. The theme is obvious - played Isamaru turn 1, start dropping equipment, swing big, kill opponents with commander damage. I have a lot of spot removal and big play makers like Armageddon to really get me there. This deck can be very competitive but obviously not cEDH level.
