Eldrazi v. Gatewatch - Ulamog

Commander / EDH*

BIGchikin

This is on the decks designed to be played together in a 3v4 or 3v5 Eldrazi vs. the Gatewatch game.

The Gatewatch has the numbers advantage and the tempo advantage, so their spells are powered down, but designed to work really well as a team leaning on team mechanics like surge, support, and "friend or foe" with card choices made more for flavor and fun than power in some cases.

The Eldrazi have the power to go over the top, but that's about it. They have to wait to get their real threats out and they can't help each other much.

Ulamog is the the pure beat down of the Eldrazi. It's also the only one to get to use annihilator. I typically don't like annihilator, but it helps against the numerically superior Gatewatch and fight back against their early creatures.

When deck building, I only use cards in modern or newer frames.
