"Having a fun and balanced game is nice, but so is infinite mana and endless tokens." ~Nerd 2019

  • Animar is the obvious choice.
  • For playing cheap creature spells, you get a couple energy counters and reduce the cost of the big creatures by one.
  • Maximizing the amount of artifact lands that can be put in the deck also helps.

  • Gain energy or gain tokens, whichever comes first.

  • Use energy and tokens to make more energy and tokens.
  • Use energy and tokens to murder your opponent.

  • Aetherwind Basker , Empyreal Voyager , and Era of Innovation are going to be the primary energy makers.

  • Gonti's Aether Heart and Aethersquall Ancient are secondary as they do not involve the combat step and are more likely to be targeted.
  • Token producers include Aether Swooper , Aether Herder , Architect of the Untamed , and Aether Chaser .
  • The energy is used for the creatures that attack and make tokens by paying energy.
  • If you're lucky, you'll get both Aetherwind Basker and Lightning Runner along with 5 other creatures to possibly get infinite combat steps due to the energy attack triggers.
  • This is possible if you can acquire enough tokens in time.

  • For tokens, you will be relying on drawing Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer , Efficient Construction , or Era of Innovation .

  • Tireless Tracker and Trail of Evidence can contribute to Era of Innovation and set up more tokens for Brudiclad, as well as provide draw power.

  • Having Decoction Module + Fabrication Module allows you to give any creature a +1/+1 counter as soon as another enters the field.

  • Combine this with Animar and Myr Battlesphere , and you got yourself creature spells that cost 5 less.

  • Just to say screw it, I put in an infinite mana combo.

  • Myr Galvanizer + Quasiduplicate or Saheeli's Artistry for two galvanizers.
  • Palladium Myr + Two Myr Galvanizer s = Infinite untaps and infinite mana.
  • This can eventually lead to infinite tokens if you happen to have Myr Propagator .
  • Brudiclad makes this instantly lethal since all tokens would have haste.

  • Have Gonti's Aether Heart and Panharmonicon on the field.

  • Play Whirler Virtuoso and receive 10 immediately.
  • Pay the and get a thopter.
  • Gonti's Heart trigger gives you 4 .
  • Infinite tokens and energy.
  • Not lethal unless you have haste or Aetherwind Basker
  • You can play the three cards in any order, but they must be there in order for the combo to go work.

    Updates Add

After spending a good few hours making adjustments to this deck and refining its mana and control, I realized that this thing can become a monster fairly quickly. Multiplayer games are gonna be f*cked.
