This is suppose to be a mean deck, I started focusing on Rack Effects, but then I found the card Warped Devotion and since then i've been trying to tune it towards a more control shell with bounce effects,even starting to look stax esque with cards likeOverburden Mana Breach and Storm Cauldron instead of straight discard/rack effects. I'd appreciate some help on fine tuning this list. Any insight/critique is encouraged. Thanks.
