Uncle Istvan is unfortunately not legendary so he cannot be the general for this deck. So I've chosen to make Gonti, Lord of Luxury the general in name and function, but the flavor is all Istvan. The idea is to abuse Gonti's ETB ability to get tons of value and tutor for Istvan and jam all the bloody knives you can into his hands and send him raving after your opponents to murder them to death :)

Most fun thing to do is attack with Uncle Istvan suited up with tons of equipment including Grappling Hook and Scythe of the Wretched and kill a ton of your opponent's creatures which you'll then get back into play under your control.

This deck was literally just my initial thoughts and the equipment is every equipment I liked for the theme as I went through every equipment on Gatherer. I will revise this list over the next few months to make it more playable and fun. It is not actually built in paper yet.
