This is a CEDH Draw-Go Control list. Thanks to the Draw Go Discord.

Baral is a very efficient commander, and playing such a low to the ground strategy that does not have to rely on a nut draw to win is very satisfying. Play this deck if you like a deck that always has action, always has something to say in response to powerful plays, and enjoy navigating a game as a reactive element. Baral is decently positioned in the cedh meta and should sit down comfortably with other powerful decks. Baral is similar to decks like Grand Arbiter Augustin IV and Rashmi, but I think Baral is superior typically because your reactive turns start quicker and provides the mana advantage of GAAIV with the card filtering of Rashmi, and is very well-suited to play polymorph, which those decks can't really do.

I am on polymorph because making a threatening creature that will run away with the game is desirable. Sit back, relax, cast your cantrips, and stop the opponents from ending the game. Proper threat assessment as to what to counter is very crucial for leveraging your reactive nature to deny your opponents their most powerful effects.

Winning the game:

Isorev + top = draw deck

Pengine + top + key = draw deck

Isorev + blue sun's (x draw spells) = draw deck, draw opponents' entire libraries

Isorev + Copy artifact isochron imprinting Narset's Reversal = Loop any instant or sorcery

Isochron + Mystical Tutor = infinite turns with Nexus of Fate
