Hello tapped out community!

Welcome to what I believe to be a very competitive god, of passage commander deck. The deck revolves around thriving engines, being wrath resistant, being a nightmare for control, and having enough removal to counteract creature based combo decks.

The first part is the engines, don't send me the Nim Deathmantle combos or Mikaeus, the Unhallowed combos, this isn't an infinite combo deck. But still, those two cards are so powerful for being engines in this deck. Another great one to put in this category is Pontiff of Blight, constantly recasting creatures and getting extort triggers over and over again can kill someone on its own.

Aether Vial is an odd card in commander I know, but it's worked out so far, making free and instant speed, uncounterable is a nightmare, oh and not to mention that if athreos gets back in my hand, the vial will drop him down.

This is great commander for a multitude of strategies, even though I hate to say it, but the Shadowborn Apostle strategy actually does work with him! he also works great with aggro strategies. I'm not a good aggro player admittedly, but I love synergistic decks like this.
