On a serious note, this deck focuses on tokens and spellslinging. the wheels part in the name doesn't directly refer to wheel effects in the deck, but more just cantrip and looting spells that allow us to create tokens.

since his ability triggers on non-creature spells we get value from casting our various mana rocks, utility spells and buffers in addition to just our instant and sorcery spells.
