Reaper King as always been that one card i spotted in the showcase of my LGS in foil and that's been there for i think a year now, i live to make decks out of stuff i never see AND TRIBALS. I now present to you a copy of my IRL deck (which i will update whenever my IRL deck updates).

The point of this deck as you might have noticed is to play reaper king as fast as possible and start removing enemy threats from the field, the deck is not supposed to be OP although destroying any 1 permanent everytime you play a creature (tribal) is pretty good.

I do try to stay away from any creature which isn't directly a scarecrow artifact creature, one benifit to jamming as many original scarecrows in as possible is that because they are artifacts you can run artifact recursion more efficiently and even use it on Reaper King instead of paying an impossible amount of mana after 3 times (because trust me people won't like it being on the field).

I suggest to setup some kind of recursion with cards like Scarecrone and Bringer of the White Dawn or Inventors' Fair amongst other cards present in the deck.

Some exemple of cards that fit well

Door of Destinies - since the deck revolves around playing as much of a specific tribe as possible door of destinies stacks really quickly making your scarecrows a force to reckon.

Enlightened Tutor - This is obviously great to go get situational cards depending on if you are still in the ramping phase of the game with cards like Land Tax or if someone is getting some pesky graveyard recursion going with Rest in Peace

Now you might think Rest in Peace can be pretty counter productive to the recursion i mentioned earlier, but when your playgroup runs stuff like Feldon of the Third Path and Breya, Etherium Shaper infinite combos, it can be a simple solution to a lot of problems, it is also benifitial because as soon as Rest in Peace is in play Reaper King's effect basically becomes "exile target permanent".
