Some thoughts:

  • at 79 cards, you’re waaay above an optimal number for a deck (60). Always aim to make cuts to get your deck to 60 cards. Higher numbers lead to less consistent and overall weaker hands.

  • 15 lands is criminally low. As an example, burn decks run 19 lands and only play 1-2mana spells (and, have 60 cards). At 15 lands you’re going to struggle to cast almost anything. I would suggest running 23-24 instead.

  • even with the increased land count suggested above, your mana-curve is waaay too high. Decks without ramp find it hard to justify running more than 3-4 cards costing 4cmc, and often run nothing higher. You’ve got 11 cards at 4-5cmc, which is waaay too much - its going to lead to really clunky and slow hands, often meaning the game will be over before you can get your engine going. Additionally, you have no chance of ever casting Trostani's Summoner or Worldspine Wurm.

  • you have a lot of 1-ofs and 2-ofs in your deck. This will lead to less consistent hands & draws. Consider running more playsets of cards.

  • Try not to overvalue lifegain, its one of the weakest mechanics in magic without dedicated ways to abuse it. Something like Centaur Healer is basically a vanilla 3/3 for 3 mana - that’s not terribly good, and furthermore doesn’t really help you forward your decks plan at all.

I would definitely add these cards: Phyrexian Processor , Phyrexian Rebirth , Slime Molding (better than it looks since paying 11 mana will give you a 3 mana 10/10 each turn after), Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage (populate mana-sink late game), Parallel Evolution , Illusionist's Bracers (populate twice, for the same price!), Acidic Slime (just an awesome green staple), Sakura-Tribe Elder , Phantom General , Angel of Sanctions (INFINITE REMOVAL EACH TURN!), Beast Within (staple removal in green), Budoka Gardener / Dokai, Weaver of Life (mana acc and lategame big tokens in one)

I would consider these also: Worldspine Wurm , Parallel Lives (awesome, but a bit $$$), Rootborn Defenses (stops a board-wipe and pops), Trostani's Judgment (high cmc, but good value), Overrun (probably wins you the game if you have a few creatures out), Hydra Broodmaster , Austere Command (wipes opponents' boards, but a bit $$$), Elspeth, Sun's Champion , Elspeth Tirel (both Elspeths have great board wipes for token decks), Oblivion Ring , Yavimaya Elder , Ajani Goldmane / Ajani, Caller of the Pride (both have great synergy with big lifegains), Baloth Cage Trap (P.S you can play this and populate as combat trick!), Beast Attack (the flashback makes this a good comeback-card in case of board wipe and you need to get the pop-engine going), Blade Splicer (very powerful early-mid game)

I would 100% cut these cards: Take Heart , Centaur Healer , Healer's Hawk , Parhelion Patrol , Candlelight Vigil , Conviction , Noble Purpose , Flight of Equenauts , Siege Wurm , Bounty of Might (no trample=hard to use)

I would also consider cutting these: Lone Rider  Flip, Sumala Woodshaper , Sunscorch Regent , Verdant Eidolon , Scatter the Seeds , Wake the Reflections , Ajani Unyielding

Hello there, my first advice would be to cut your down so it's closer to sixty cards and so you can add some more lands as you need more than 16 in a deck with this many cards. Here are some possible cuts you could make, Archers' Parapet, Centaur Healer, Reassembling Skeleton, Vampire Neonate, Vernadi Shieldmate, Moment of Craving, March from the Tomb, Providence, and Pack's Favor are all possible cuts at first glance. Hope this is helpful and happy tapping:)

The lands listed above are good start. Another cheap option is Blossoming Sands, slower but it has a little lifegain which is always great in these colors. Some other options include Thragtusk, great card with lifegain and a token when he dies, not to mention a 5/4 body when living. Add Cloudshift, Conjurer's Closet and Restoration Angel and you can flicker in and out of the battlefield for repeated value. Good synergy with Centaur Healer I saw you have on your list.

Another option you could do, edh or even a 60 card deck is human tribal. Put in Descendent's Path, Door of Destinies, Cathars' Crusade, etc. There are tons of humans, both as creatures and token generators, Attended Knight, Champion of the Parish, Champion of Lambholt, in white/green; here's a way to start searching if interested:

Many of them are pretty budget friendly. Could use Sigarda, Heron's Grace as a commander or finisher as well.

I'd hesitate to call this a lifegain deck with so few ways to actually gain life. Running so many taplands for the life is rarely worth it- I wouldn't want to run more than 4. Centaur Healer and Heroes' Reunion are strong enough for play, at least casually, but having only two copies between the two of them makes it hard to insure you'll draw them. Wurm's Tooth and the other artifacts within that cycle are fairly weak in general, and that's assuming you're in a mono-color deck. There are plenty of ways to gain life in G/W that I'd use before the tooth. Finally, Gonti's Machinations isn't terrible, but it lacks a home in a deck like this that doesn't have any other ways to generate/utilize energy. Resourceful Return too is weak enough that I wouldn't want to splash black just to play it. If you'd like to get the most out of lifegain, I might recommend incorporating some elements from soul sisters decks. Soul Warden, Essence Warden, Ajani's Pridemate, and Serra Ascendant are some examples, though I'm sure decklists on Tappedout would have many more.

Since a lot of the cards here seem to be found in the recent Ajani planeswalker deck, it might be easier to instead focus on the revolt mechanic as something to build around. This still allows for some element of lifegain, but it also increases the value of cards like Narnam Renegade, Unbridled Growth, and Rancor. To make this strategy work, I'd definitely add more spells with revolt. Of course, you also want a good number of ways to reliably trigger the ability. One interesting way I thought of while looking through this decklist was to use "blinking". Cloudshift, Eerie Interlude, Long Road Home, and the like can make ETB focused cards like Trostani's Summoner and Ridgescale Tusker shine while simultaneously triggering revolt. (It is worth noting that blinking removes counters and tokens, so some caution might need to be taken, at least with Interlude.) If that's not your style, there are plenty of alternatives like creatures that sacrifice themselves, enchantments that can be returned to your hand, and even fetchlands. Well, that's my suggestion anyway.

Just wanted to clarify something i said earlier. I'd look for around 36-38 lands total. This would include the nonbasics you have already. The amount of basics varies from deck to deck with 5 color decks only having a handful where 1-2 color decks tend to have more

You'll still need to make other cuts too but here are some that come to mind.

Attended Knight: you have a lot of ways to make tokens already, this is one of the weaker ones so i'd start here.

Centaur Healer yes it gains a bit of life but it's still only a 3 mana 3/3 with no abilities once in play.

Emmara Tandris if this said it made them indestructable insead then maybe but as it is for 7 mana i'd want more than this

Ephemeral Shields cute combat trick don't get me wrong but i think you can do without it

Savage Surge: if you're using this as a a pump spell/ a way to eat an attacker Spidery Grasp is probably better. If the intent was for your commander, i'd much rather run Thousand-Year Elixir.

Divine Favor is too inefficient

Pheres-Band Warchief with only 7ish other ways to get centaurs out it's a bit questionable

Siege Wurm: not a bad card by any stretch especially if you can get it down quickly but it is a bit outclassed by some of the other creatures already in the deck

Trostani's Judgment yes it populates but it's slow and expensive

Rootborn Defenses I know a lot of people that like this card but personally i'm not a huge fan. When it's good, it's great but otherwise do you really want to hold up 3 mana for the rest of the game just in case you need to cast it? I suppose you might be doing that anyways with your commander but the point is that it's a bit more situational than i would like.

Selesnya Guildmage It's a mana dump late game but that's about it. not very efficient.

Selesnya Evangel: too slow

Kazandu Tuskcaller. Can be great if your opponents let it live but having only 1 toughness and the need to invest 6 mana into it before it has any ability is a bit awkward. Most times i've played with it people let you spend your turn leveling it up and then kill it before you get much in the way of tokens.

As i said you'll still have plenty of cuts but these are the one's i'd start with.

Centaur Healer, Loxodon Hierarch and Lone Missionary are all decent here.If you are interested in making this deck more consistant, try cutting Sanguine Bond and play 4 guildmages instead.

It seems like you could use more token producers I would suggest cards like Advent of the Wurm , Brimaz, King of Oreskos , Hero of Bladehold and Selesnya Charm. I would take out the life gain creatures like Centaur Healer and Loxodon Hierarch to make room for some cards. If you want check out my deck Selesnya strikes back for some ideas.
