This casual deck draws on the simic +1/+1 counter theme along with Vorel's ability to double counters. It started with a merfolk tribal component which started fading when I realized I didn't have enough to make the deck work with just merfolk.

It's not a very fast deck but tends to work quite well in its meta, and is fun to play.
