This deck has evolved a lot from its initial build. Originally it was going very extort heavy but has since morphed into a death and taxes style deck with a focus on making opponents suffer for doing things. I still have a few cards to add, but its getting close to being perfect for me. Suggestions are very welcome.

24-FEB-17 Update: I retooled my mana base trying to smooth it out. When I have played it out, I tend to either have enough mana to do way more than needed or I don't have enough to do anything. Since I have a bunch of 4+ cards, some bit of managing I felt was in order. Eventually ill pick up the expensive lands like Scrubland and Fetid Heath and a better fetch or two, so for now these budget options will have to suffice.

Any further suggestions on stuff to take out in to fit in Wound Reflection Alhammarret's Archive Phyrexian Arena and maybe a Boon Reflection would be awesome.
