My playgroup decided to each build one of the Nephilim in a $25 budget. I picked Glint-Eye Nephilim as soon as I saw the words "draw cards" on him. Little did I realize that Ink-Treader Nephilim is the one that can really rake in the cards. In fact, Glint-Eye is one of the worst to build around in budget, after Witch-Maw Nephilim. Dune-Brood Nephilim can pop out amazing numbers of tokens to do fun stuff with and Yore-Tiller Nephilim is simply a value train, especially since it can take infinite turns by recurring and sacking Medomai the Ageless (the only other infinite turn combo in this budget involves Notorious Throng, yeesh).

My first attempt at Glint-Eye was a goodstuff ETB deck, but Ink-Treader does the blink thing better. Now I'm going to try my hand at one of the few other infinite combos in budget: Ashnod's Altar + Nim Deathmantle + either Murderous Redcap or River Kelpie
