Coalition Victory is banned, so I can’t use it.
Glint-Eye Nephilim is in the deck and Ink-Treader Nephilim does nothing for me because I have like one instant or sorcery that targets a creature.
I appreciate all the other suggestions and will be working on this deck more in the future!

Having played deck with silver-bordered cards in the past or using Nephilim as commanders, the one thing I always try to stress is what is in my deck and why I have these cards and that I accept a no if people don't want to play against a silly deck.
I don't merely say "Here is my Glint-Eye Nephilim deck," instead I say "Here's my cool self-discard synergy theme deck with Glint-Eye Nephilim." Before I'd sit down to play with Baron Von Count I'd make sure I explained the card well to people unfamiliar with it.
In general I think that at a casual table there's little to be gained from being secretive about what your deck is doing when you're playing with strangers, but especially when you're doing something that's in violation of the normal rules of Commander. And if it's apparently all just for power, you need to be ready for people not wanting to play against it.

Zabaz, the Glimmerwasp might be the only contender I'm interested in building around from MH2. Really most of the cards in this set I'd like to work into existing Commander decks. Some of the new discard payoffs especially can boost up my (non-legal that's why I ask before I play with it every time) self-discard focused Glint-Eye Nephilim deck.

If you just want to discard and draw, Forgotten Creation has done a lot of work in my self-discard Glint-Eye Nephilim deck. Being able to wheel myself every turn stacks up a lot of triggers for no mana investment.
