You'd think a spell that grants you 10 mana would be broken. You'd be right. But what if it can only do it once per turn? Still broken. What if you slap a bunch of modal spells into the deck to try and get more counters onto it? Then that, my friends, sounds like a pretty powerful engine. As the name implies.
