Orzhov Vampire Tribal {W}{B}

Deconstructed the precon : Blood rites, with a lot of personal edits.

Work still in progress to make it : +stax

Really trying to make it a little more budget friendly whilst still effecient & competitive.

Suggestions are welcomed if they follow the tribal vampire theme or :life gain, reanimator or stax theme.

Also keep in mind I will favor a well balanced deck that can fight in pretty much any situation over an infinite combo deck. :)
