Summary: This is a mono-white budget semi-cEDH deck build for Heliod to combo with Walking Ballista // Triskelion.

How to Win: With Walking Ballista having 2 counters (whether casting it for X=2 or casting for X=1 and immediately gaining life) we can pay 1W to have Heliod give Walking Ballista lifelink, then remove a counter to deal a damage, gaining a counter through Heliod and machinegunning opponents to death. Protecting this combo with Silence effects protects against interaction.

Starting Hands: The best starting hands have enough lands to build up to enough mana for the combo, and it is crucial to have Walking Ballista type card or a way to get it. Stax effects can help slow down the game otherwise to buy time to draw into the combo.
