The deck doesn't need Muldrotha out in order to be fun, but it will really help. This deck's game plan is to abuse your graveyard as a surrogate hand with return effects like Geth and Tasigur and use massive or selective drawing effects like Mystic Archaeologist, Underrealm Lich, and Jin-Gitaxias to select the best cards for your current situation. Your graveyard is not the only one you can use, though. Passive milling effects like Psychic Corrosion and Consuming Aberration will fill up your opponents' graveyards, then effects like Geth and Beacon of Unrest can reanimate useful cards or Scavenging Ooze can exile problematic ones.

This deck can combo kill with the following line: 1) Use Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter to generate infinite mana 2) Use either- Thrasios, Triton Hero, Tasigur, the Golden Fang, or Mystic Archaeologist to draw your deck. *It is especially useful to have Underrealm Lich in play to prevent an errant draw from killing you 3) Use Blue Sun's Zenith to draw out each of your opponents, or Villainous Wealth with recursion to exile and cast their libraries.

This deck has become a bit of a Sultai good stuff brew that uses themes central to those colors. Certain effects have been added to the deck to really abuse the graveyard recursion, primarily Mindslaver.
