Pongify
Instant
Destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated. That creature's controller creates a 3/3 green Ape creature token.

Like Classes, Rooms gives white some pseudo-card advantage. Naming the different parts "doors" is a bit confusing though.
Kaito: Sorry, I haven't been paying attention, but are there any other Ninjas in the set or is Kaito just pumping himself? Obviously good with Yuriko.
Zimone: Mirror Box + land flickering and you can have multiple Primos
Razorkin Needlehead: glad mono-red is getting more Underworld Dreams effects
Aminatou: Kinda wish the cost reduction was greater so that it would feel more exciting, but that's just my pushing ass whining. Drawing lands is going to feel kinda bad, but surveil 2 helps. Get a flash enabler so that you can miracle on other people's turns.
Demonic Counsel: Disproportionaly disappointed that it's not flavored as a rival to Valgavoth tempting a mortal
Unwanted Remake: Fixed Pongify, seems fair for the color

It's fair enough on the Lutri thing. It basically got banned on a technicality anyway (As it is a legal companion in every commander deck due to the rules). Though I believe this does make your deck fall under Commander Rule Zero, instead of regular Commander/EDH, but that's mostly semantics.
Fae of Wishes is another card of limited usefulness depending on your rules. Technically commander doesn't have a sideboard and therefore it cannot search for anything, but this might also be a rule you're bending (Don't let other people tell you how to have fun).
As for actual deck suggestions, some things to untap your commander might come in very handy. Patriar's Seal and Minamo, School at Water's Edge. After all, her ability says the next time you cast a spell, so if you tap her more than once, it will copy the next spell more than once.
Then your sources of deal 1 damage on a creature entering the battlefield seem like you either aren't going hard enough into it or you should strip it out entirely. It's taking up about 10% of the non-land cards in the deck and well...
If you have a Termagant Swarm with 8 counters and you have Witty Roastmaster or Gibbering Fiend and you have Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph, then you need to find a way to kill your own termagant, because no one else is going to do it for you. Your only sources of that are Pongify and Beast Within. Sure that's not the only way you can do the synergy (Ovika, Enigma Goliath is the best way it can go)... but they are all just about as hard, often relying on your opponent to let you do them.
I'm also not sure how good Harbinger of the Seas is for you. You are running a lot of non-basic land yourself so it's not like it's going to synergise with anything you're doing so much as it's just a declaration that other players aren't allowed to play their decks until they can deal with it (which they may be entirely unable to do). It seems like a very unfun way to control the table.
As for land search, the pain fetch series, such as Scalding Tarn or Misty Rainforest might help you get that extra turn when you need it (much better than 1 life). Similarly because they get land types they can search for dual lands if you need them as long as those lands have types, like your Cinder Glade. This is generally a bit faster than Terramorphic Expanse and it's ilk.

"I remember seeing larger format decks like in Modern that ran four of each." Rapid Hybridization, Pongify
I don't think this ever happened. Can you link a deck that used those cards and also wasn't a meme?
I was playing a lot back then and, as the Johnny I am, spent a lot of time to somehow break those specific cards in Modern, but always failed. Never seen anyone else play them either. That's because those cards are and have been bad in Modern imho.

There's more differences between Pongify and Generous Gift than just the token it makes and the casting cost. Generous Gift can destroy any permanent where the blue ones are narrowed down to creatures. A spell that can turn both Sheoldred, the Apocalypse and Cabal Coffers into a 3/3 with no abilities should be more expensive than something that only does it to Sheoldred.
I expected a mention of Curse of the Swine somewhere in this article too. Magic stories about people being turned into other stuff are everywhere, and that's what this is. White is not a color of transmutation, of changing something in something else. That is a very magical (read: blue) thing to do. Maybe mechanically it's not done completely right, but turning people into pigs does not fit any other color.

Like you said maybe you have too much ramp...I would replace some of it with more control and removal spells like Arcane Denial and Pongify. (It looks like you currently have about 4 of those kind of spells). Cyclonic Rift or similar effects would be huge for this deck.

You should think about adding The Pride of Hull Clade because he is good but also cool. But I think you would benefit a lot from improving your mana base. I suggest it should look more like this:
Lands
Basic
Pain
Adarkar Wastes, Brushland, Yavimaya Coast
Scry Lands
Temple of Mystery, Temple of Enlightenment, Temple of Plenty
Tri Color
Brokers Hideout, Seaside Citadel, Bant Panorama
Any Color
If you wanted you could also add the gain 1 life lands: Tranquil Cove, Blossoming Sands, and Thornwood Falls. You may also consider adding Krosan Verge or Myriad Landscape just to help ramp.
It would also be really beneficial to have at least a Sol Ring and an Arcane Signet.
Other
Remove Verity Circle. Seems like there are a lot of possibilities where it is just sitting on the field not providing any value. And it isn't even a creature so it can't block. You could replace this with one of the mana artifacts I mentioned earlier or like a Swords to Plowshares, Pongify, Rapid Hybridization, Path to Exile (I kind of think you need some more removal lol, but you could replace Verity Circle with whatever you wanted.)
Remove Alive / Well. Just straight up not worth. Replace with one of the cards I have mentioned.
Other than that I think this is a really good deck. I think you could use most of my suggestions and keep it close to $100.

Two of my favourite Arcades Defenders support I recommend: Brave the Sands Hold the Gates
Defenders I recommend: Wall of Blossoms Wall of Omens Vine Trellis Sylvan Caryatid
You've got pretty much all of the good defenders, but I think the deck lacks a bit of ramp and the spot removal could be more efficient. Just the typical your Swords to Plowshares, Pongify and Beast Within style cards, maybe Darksteel Mutation if you're feeling mean.

Your average CMC is a bit high compared to the deck's ramping/rock/dork capabilities. When you play-test it, this becomes apparent quickly. On average it takes five turns or so before you can really make a useful demon-summon. Some ideas on cheap-to-cast additions:
- Dream Devourer: allows you to foretell your stuff. Warns the opposition what's coming but your spells can be cast for 2 less.
- Dark Ritual: the value of a sudden additional , especially early game, cannot be overstated.
- Animate Dead/Dance of the Dead: if you're forced to discard your demons, these will allow you to bring them back at negligible cost.
- Pongify/Rapid Hybridization: cheap removal spells.
- Rakdos, Lord of Riots: has the potential to drastically decrease casting costs.
