July, 14, 2015: Added Cairn Wanderer, it's technically a dragon with a neat ability.

Added Dragonlord Kolaghan because I needed a haste enabler and a big swingy dragon (also unnecessarily punishes Relentless Rats players).

Added Goblin Heelcutter to keep up the Dash theme for the deck.

Added Mob Rule because this I forgot this card exists. In many situations, this card is basically a cheaper Insurrection in terms of mana cost and dollars.

Added Damnable Pact for the draw or the potential kill.

Removed Dawn of the Dead because it was too heavy on black and it mostly stuck around draining me every turn, prevented me from recurring creatures, and bringing back creatures on a stalled board most of the time.

Removed Ashnod's Altar. Kind of on the fence about this. The deck relies on stealing and recurring, and sacrificing plays a pretty big part of it, but I've found that sacrificing feels much worse when the reanimator isn't as frequent as the more focused reanimator decks.

Kolaghan is one of the five allied colour dragons introduced in Fate Reforged, the time shifted plane of Tarkir. She is one of the more straightforward dragons: classic, straight ballin' Rakdos aggro. She can be built with dragons in mind, but also works by just buffing all her blood crazed Rakdos buddies.

Decksplanation

Note that this is a casual deck, but I tried to be as efficient as possible without having super expensive cards (Thank gods B/R dual lands aren't super expensive except the originals.) I tried to avoid making it only about dragons and decided on B/R goodstuff with a touch of dragons, a buttload of dash and a sprinkle of reanimation. Good ol' DDR. With cards like Sulfuric Vortex and Flamerush Rider , this deck is looking to be the most aggressive deck at the table, getting opponents down to zero before they can combo off.

Synergies

Warstorm Surge and/or Purphoros, God of the Forge + any creature with Dash or Archwing Dragon : Provides a steady stream of reliable damage due to the fact that they return and can trigger the ETB effect again. Reanimating your peeps also gets the same result, but with this deck it's much harder than just recasting Dash guys.

World at War's ability allows Kolaghan's buff to trigger twice. The same is true with any other repeated combat step effects such as Aggravated Assault, Fury of the Horde , etc, as long as it stays within the turn.

Edit: I've elected not to use Woldgorger Dragon or any sort of combo because of the principle of the thing. I'm also kind of sick of combos ever since I made my Melek deck. And it basically costs $7 to make people target me.
