My Rith the Awakener EDH deck. Pseudo-budget as it is built out of cards that I have.
Right now I'm trying to get Collective Blessing into the deck, but I can't figure out what to replace.
My collection is essentially from Scourge (of Onslaught Block) to Lorwyn (Lorwyn Block) and then Innistrad to the present.
You could try Gavony Township as a way to pump the tokens you get from Rith.
If you follow coolman4202's advise (which you should do, especially if you often play against more than 1 opponent), I'd suggest adding Lightning Greaves , Swiftfoot Boots and Whispersilk Cloak to protect Rith and allow him to attack sooner. None of those cards are all that expensive.

coolman4202 says...
Take out arbor elf, boros swiftblade, deadly recluse, flinthoof boar, isamaru, kird ape, scab-clan mauler, watchwolf, and wild nacatl out because all of them just are not very effective or godo after a few turns in the game. I would only keep sisay in there if you have enough legends to fetch, otherwise she is useless, same for mwonvuli beast-tracker but less. Birthing pod is not very good unless you know exactly which creatures to sac and what to fetch.
