Deep in wilds of Ondu, on top of a vast mesa, through a dense thicket of dangerous woodland, in the center of a murky marsh, inside a binding circle of seventy-seven candles, hidden below the shadowy depths of an unfathomable pit, lies the former prison of a being known as Omnath. The legends tell of Omnath as an ancient elemental comprised of pure mana, a manifestation of the same volatile, primeval forces that once created Zendikar itself. After being imprisoned by a forbidden ritual performed by a group of powerful mages for hundreds of years Omanth found freedom. He discovered that the small temporal beings that had previously trapped him were now shaping and changing nature to suit their own needs and desires. Rock, metal, and mana were twisted together to give rise to infernal machines known as "Vehicles". Enraged by this unnatural twisting of the planes, Omnath is pushing back and reclaiming these vehicles and turning them against their original creators, aided by some unlikely allies who champion the ideals of the wilds.

The sound of the survival of the fittest will come thundering down on all those who dare stand opposed.

This deck is based on the commanders quarters Ghalta vehicle deck with changes made to work better with Omnath, locus of mana as the commander. Where as Ghalta wants more creatures the reduce his cost, Omnath fares better with ways to build up and store mana, be it through creature ramp or landramp. Bringing mana over from one turn to the next can help us cast out bigger spells, or use mana dump effects such as Wolfbriar Elemental or Helix Pinnacle.

Cards like Frontier Siege and From Beyond act as engines to store up mana either through Omnath's ability or through 1/1 tokens that can also be used for crewing our vehicles. From beyond also has the added benefit that it can be sacrificed to get either Not of This World to protect Omnath or another high value permenant, or All Is Dust for when your opponents are getting out of hand and need to be taken down a notch. All is dust will remove our commander, but it will leave all our vehicles alive setting us up to hit someone for lethal.

To help recover Omnath after being removed from the board during an opponents turn effects that give your creatures flash such as Yeva, Nature's Herald or Vivien, Champion of the Wilds let you use the mana you might have stored in Omnath to easily recast him.

Any suggestions for changes are more than welcome!

Cards in the sideboard are suggested cards that I still need to find a space for.
