Creatures

Omnath, Locus of the Roil can seriously beef up some of your creatures. With the landfall ability, you can have your elementals get a +1/+1 counter when they enter the battlefield. You can get card advantage also with his other landfall ability.

Artifacts

The equipments are pretty much to just protect your creatures from spells. Loxodon Warhammer is for some lifegain. Icon of Ancestry and Vanquisher's Banner can give you card advantage and beef up your elementals. With those, all your elementals get +2/+2. With Panharmonicon can make you put 2 +1/+1 counters on an elemental you control, and gets you drawing two cards with Omnath's landfall.

Enchantments

Warstorm Surge is good removal, especially later in the game when you play bigger cards like Surpreme Exemplar and Vortsclaw. War's Toll makes it so opponents can't cast many spells each turn, and if you have a lot of beefy blockers, can help you get rid of most creatures that an opponent controls. War Cadence makes it so that it is hard to block your creatures, and Leyline of Anticipation is in here just so that I can get additionally blockers if needed and search for a solution with Omnath if I play an elemental.

Planeswalkers

The Chandra's are just there to beef up elementals and create more elemental attackers.

Instants

Just solutions and counters, with Once Upon a Time to cycle through to get more elementals or land if you're short on them.

Sorcery

Blatant Thievery can be pretty good. If you have an opponent running lands and they get out Marit Lage, you can cast this and steal it. Sylvan Awakening can make my lands creatures, and in combination with some artifacts, can make them pretty beefy creatures.

Win Strategy

Beef up elementals you control and Omnath, swing in for lethal damage and possibly lethal commander damage.
