Persist (When this creature is put into a graveyard from play, if it had no -1/-1 counters on it, return it to play under its owner's control with a -1/-1 counter on it.)

I like the deck so far, the birthing pod line is very efficient and I will probably play test it in my list. Currently I think the biggest issue in the deck is speed which comes down to two things, ramp and redundancy.
First off is ramp, I would highly recommend running Dryad Arbor as it is absolutely insane in the right setup. First off at its worst its a summoning sick land, at its best its a turn one ramp spell off Green Sun's Zenith . It has insane synergy with Natural Order , Eldritch Evolution , etc. Additionally you could consider some fast single turn ramp with cards like Lotus Petal , Elvish Spirit Guide , Simian Spirit Guide , Rite of Flame , Seething Song With the spirit guides you also have the added benefit of being able to Survival of the Fittest / Fauna Shaman them for your combo pieces.
Now onto redundancy, especially with different typing. First off I think you could use redundant sac outlets, the best of which would be Thermopod who is a creature tutorable Phyrexian Altar (only for red) which doesn't seem all that good but just the creature typing and mana ability makes him worth it, especially with Lesser Masticore who at least in my build is by far the most efficient way to win. Cards like Thunderblust Protein Hulk also help redundancy but aren't fully necessary due to their inefficiency but can be pretty good with Sneak Attack and Elvish Piper . I also would highly recommend Ashnod's Altar as an additional sac outlet.
A few minor issues I had play testing this deck: Frequently getting mana screwed when trying to use Blood Moon effects. They are insanely good stax effects if dropped early, however you would probably need to drop some utility lands to use them efficiently.
Goblin Engineer lacking an artifact to sacrifice. This is an issue I had in my deck as well and hasn't gotten better and 6 artifacts just isn't enough to consistently use it.
Not having a wincon with Greater Good . This one is easily remedied yet again by adding fast mana. the issue is that drawing your deck off greater good does not always yield enough mana to play an actual wincon such as Goblin Bombardment . This issue happens when Mana Crypt is already in play.
Overall a very good shell but it just needs to increase the speed or go deeper into stax to really create value out of the combo. Hope this helped a bit.

You really want to pump up Judith's ping ability? How about some poison? Grafted Exoskeleton , Glistening Oil , and Phyresis will make judith a scary lady. you can cast Tainted Strike in response to a board wipe to more than likely kill a player.
On the subject of getting more out of your creatures, try some of the undying or persisting creatures. Geralf's Messenger , Pyreheart Wolf , Flayer of the Hatebound , and Mikaeus, the Unhallowed will come back stronger. the other side of that, Murderous Redcap , Furystoke Giant , Puppeteer Clique , Thunderblust , and Rattleblaze Scarecrow all come back weaker, but come back for free, which is nice.
Other than that, I agree with a lot of what multimedia suggests.

You might want to consider Barrage of Boulders, what it doesn't kill cant block if you have Combat Celebrant on the field. Dangerous Wager is a massive risk, it isn't even used in Hollow One, you have a low'ish curve maybe Magmatic Insight or go for the classics Faithless Looting and Cathartic Reunion. If you are feeling punishing you could also try Risk Factor, you don't have enough spells to leverage Bedlam Reveler, on that note, the same is probably true for Young Pyromancer. This deck might be better running something like Hell's Thunder, Thunderblust or Archwing Dragon. Anyway that is just some quick thoughts, I like the idea of this deck and somehow I missed Tilonalli's Skinshifter, which stikes me as interesting, so good luck with your brew and I hope this comment was of help.

It seems like this commander would do well with high power/low durability/downside cards like Phyrexian Dreadnought, Arc Runner, Ball Lightning, Blistering Firecat, Impetuous Devils, Crumbling Colossus, Blistering Barrier, Bloodmad Vampire, Cosmic Larva, Keldon Vandals, Lavacore Elemental, Loxodon Peacekeeper, Mijae Djinn, Okk, Phyrexian Soulgorger, Wall of Razors, Wall of Torches, Inferno Hellion, Iroas, God of Victory, Spark Trooper, Thunderblust, Traxos, Scourge of Kroog, Volcano Hellion, etc, etc. Cast creature -> attack in (if possible) -> sacrifice if it won't do damage/do damage then sacrifice for even more damage.
Bonus points for slapping buffs the creature before flinging, e.g.: Blazing Shoal, Reckless Charge, Fatal Frenzy, Rush of Blood, Brute Force, etc. Instant/enchantment double strike might be good for per-sacrifice combat round as well.
or really kick things up with Feldon of the Third Path and the biggest thing you can get in your graveyard.

Despite being red heavy, you might look at Thunderblust as a powerful threat that can also be sac'd for 13 fling damage or counters.
There's also Falkenrath Aristocrat, which while it doesn't have the human synergy in this deck, has a free sac ability and is an evasive creature. Haste is also nice, so she could be a powerful threat if you have a bunch of stuff to do but Kresh has been hated out.
You may also look at the land base, as 27 basics is a lot for a 3 color deck. Life lands and vivid lands would help this deck with fixing.

Hi! Saw your post on the forums, glad to see more Brion players out there.
In response to the forum post: in my personal experience Stalking Vengeance never did much for me. but with the choice between Insurrection or Aurelia, the Warleader, I'd cut the Warleader.
Now after having a look at your deck, I've got a few suggestions!
First off, you have a lot of high costed(6-8 mana) spells, but almost no ramp to speak of.
Boros Signet, Coldsteel Heart, Commander's Sphere, Fellwar Stone, Fire Diamond, Hedron Archive, Marble Diamond, and Mind Stone are all good options. Focus on the 2 mana ramps because that a) allows for a turn 3 Brion and b) doesn't slow you down as much in the late game.
Ramp is important, and so is card draw. Unfortunately, Boros sucks at both. Still, artifacts like Well of Lost Dreams and Skullclamp are great, so through in some more like Infiltration Lens and Mask of Memory. Solemn Simulacrum is great too, though price is an issue(Kor Cartographer is the budget version). The color red also provides you with wheel effects, you have a couple but Reforge the Soul would help you I think.
Now the boring stuff is out of the way. How about some big creatures?! Hamletback Goliath, Thunderblust, and Serra Avatar are some good sackable fatties, and give great value for your dollar! Sun Titan is some good recursion.
Now for some win conditions to bounce off ya: Phyrexian Processor! Here's what you need: 9 mana, at least 1 more life than your opponent, and Brion on the field. Play the processor, pay most of your life, make a X/X creature, sack it to Brion, kill your opponent and gain all the life back! Works great with damage/lifegain doublers.
Phyrexian Devourer! Here's how he works. Exile cards off your library until he hits seven and his ability triggers, then sack him with Brion in response to the trigger, then keep exileing cards in respone to that to get it's power up to more than your opponents, then all that resolves and kills someone. This can all happen turn 7 which is nice.
Cut suggestions. Whenever I'm cutting stuff I look at the top of my curve first and move down. How much are these 6, 7, 8 mana spells doing for you? I'd take a long look at the two Akromas and some of the other angels, Stalking Vengeance, and Ryusei, the Falling Star. Further down the curve I see Taj-Nar Swordsmith(not using him to full potential), Magus of the Disk(just use the disk) and Vesuva(replace with Clifftop Retreat).
