The edit takes into consideration the balance of Red/Blue, so I removed a few Mountains for some Islands. Original balance was 10-10, is now 15-5.

Removed more expensive cards for cost effectiveness (personal).

Maintained most Win Cons mentioned in his/her deck, but removed Mind Over Matter (see cost effectiveness).

Took Guilds of Ravnica into more consideration, added various cards such as Hypothesizzle, Expansion / Explosion, and Quasiduplicate.

Have yet to play test, but would like opinions and possible comparison between decks. Any thoughts on replacing cards with other cost effective cards is welcome. Thank you in advance for your advice!
