Narset, Enlightened master is typically built around creating a taking turns style deck. I chose not to fully devote to this strategy, but rather make the deck slightly more budget. Narset is a highly variable deck that can fit whatever you want in it, but this is what fits for me.

There is a super janky infinite combo with Omniscience in play. You can cast enter the infinite, put any card on top, and cast beacon of tomorrows an infinite number of times. The easiest way to win is to cast Approach of the Second Sun twice.

Strionic Resonator is awesome for doubling up Narset's triggered ability, doubling the chance of hitting an omniscience or turn card.
