Play little boys that make it hard for your opponents to play big boys, then let Akiri smash in for lethal commander damage.

Beyond that our subthemes are:

Discard - Tinybones, Kroxa, and friends like it when we and our opponents pitch things into the bin. Waste Not and a wheel effect can have some really splashy effects and game winning turns!

Reanimator - People understandably don't like our hatebears very much, and arguably hate Lurrus more, so its important that we be able to recur our boys. We use Reanimate and Animate Dead to recur individual creatures, Sevinne's Reclamation can reanimate key pieces or ramp us with fetches, and Return to the Ranks can get our whole board back at once!

Artifacts and Equipment - Akiri only gets big when we have lots of trinkets, so we use artifact tokens like treasures, artifact based lands, and plenty of equipment to help with that! Cranial Plating is doubly great when we can give it to an Esper Sentinel or even Lurrus for some crucial lifegain.

Finishers:

Leonin Relic-Warder and Animate Dead combo - Infinite ETB and death triggers that cna be set up just by milling ourselves or tutoring the pieces to bin. Blood Artist is the easiest way to turn it into a win.

Akiri Smashes Face - Akiri is... so ridiculously big. You'd be surprised how quickly she can one shot someone with trample from Shadowspear.
