A record of my budget/casual deck. Fast and aggressive. Lots of recursion. The commander adds to the overall strategy...but is not necessary per se. My favorite combo is turn 1 draw card...toss bomb. Turn 2 play land...turn 3 play land cast Animate dead on bomb. Turn 3 Lord of the Void is pretty sweet.

There's lots of card draw/tutor in this...as well as stacking the graveyard and being able to return stuff to your hand...so it never really relies too much on graveyard or draw or tutor...but a combination of the 3...which is flexible in most situations.

I thought aobut adding protection for Kaalia...but my theory is that I have tried to put things in the deck more scarey than she is. I'm trying to make the opponent deal with everything else other than her for the most part. Lots of ways to cheat things into play without the commander aqs well...with animate dead, and ressurection, and quicksilver amulet...or even mimic vat. Ideally if my commander dies...exile her with mimic vat...and play her every turn for 3 mana. Oversold cemetery to return stuff to my hand. Golgari thug to stack my graveyard with a few creatures.

3 cards with a phyrexian arena effect (bloodgift demon, phyrexian arena, and graveborn muse.) The goal is really to have at ONE of those in play...not really looking for all 3 at the same time.
