Budget Red Aggro

I tried to focus on generating extra combat steps and generally having a decent mana curve throughout the game. Some general commander ramp-rocks and lands that work for mono-red. There is one combo, mentioned below, however the goal of the deck is just to beat in as many faces as you can, taking advantage of any "menace" or "prevent-creature-from-blocking" abilities.

You should have enough threats throughout mid-game to survive a few board wipes if you hold some cards back. Be careful when you discard, but don't be afraid to because that's the only way you can keep up with other decks. Mono-red has pretty unreliable draw engine, and when you draw is always an important decision.

Flamerush Rider+Flameshadow Conjuring --

STEP 1: Lovisa Coldeyes (or some other "Haste" engine) and Flameshadow Conjuring are on the board.

STEP 2: Copy Flamerush Rider when you play it for 5 total mana.

STEP 3: Attack anyone with both Flamerush Riders. The combo will trigger during the "declare attackers" step, but before the "declare blockers" step.

STEP 4: The two riders can target each other with their now triggered abilities and the new rider tokens can do the same to each other since they enter the battlefield "attacking" and thus also trigger their abilities, resulting in infinite damage/infinite creatures for one combat phase.

This is a guaranteed win with Warstorm Surge out, no matter the number of opponents.

Kargan Dragonlord, Chandra, Flamecaller, and Sol Ring are the most expensive cards in the deck.
