Since you came and helped me out, I will return the favor!
Cards that could be replaced:
Acidic Slime: I personally feel Reclamation Sage just outshines the slime. For 2 more mana, all you're getting is deathtouch and the option of destroying lands, which our commander is already capable of doing himself (if needed).
Nevinyrral's Disk: I personally don't like all that much. This has a lot to do with the fact it comes in tapped, and the fact that I prefer Pernicious Deed. If you don't feel like you need this, it could very easily be replaced!
Warchief Giant: This card I would argue could be replaced. The other two are more impactful when they connect. However I realize he is a personal fav of yours, but it's a possibility ;)
Elixir of Immortality: I personally don't see much use for this. If you want the option of putting stuff back in your library, I would instead put in Haunted Crossroads from your maybeboard (since I assume you're intending to save creatures with it!). Also, the shuffle means you have technically lost access to them anyway, when they rightfully belong on top of our deck!
All artifact ramp over 4 mana: I personally would replace all of them with 2 mana signets and Fellwar Stone. That means you will rarely come into a situation where you can't cast one!
Sifter Wurm: I believe this card could be replaced as well!
Inclusions to maybeboard:
Viscera Seer: Nice sacc and top deck filter!
Aetherworks Marvel: Since you have a little energy theme going already, this could be another fun inclusion!
Blade of Selves: What's better than myriad creatures? Having myriad on everything!! XD
Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest: I just really like the idea of this card in the deck, with us saccing opponents permanents and our own!
Price of Glory: If you really hate that everyone else playing at instant/flash speed. We don't really have that many ways to interact with players on their turns anyway! :P
Xenagos, God of Revels: Our dragon is now a 2 turn clock!

Chaos Warp - I run a Purphy Deck. its one of my favorites, can be shut down by a really good enchantment.. Chaos warp is one of the only ways for red to get rid of some stuff.
Glacial Chasm - I find that my The Fat Red Line - Purphoros EDH generates ALOT of hate, and if I am playing at a full table i end up having 4 guys attacking me every round. If your group doesnt play with much land removal, this card is an awesome way to shut everyone else down. I find that the cumulative upkeep is far less damage then i would have ended up taking from the table.
Warchief Giant If the chasm isnt out, and if you are playing with multiple players, this guy is great. He comes out, and then hastes into 3 others.. so I end up doing 8 damage to everyone before he has even dealt damage.
last one, Chandra, Flamecaller - if you are looking for a planeswalker to take some of the attack heat off you, she is pretty good. when you put her into play, you automatically get 2 elementals, which is 4 damage to everyone.

I like the deck over all. I think it's pretty neat that your deck has an underlying "angel tribal" sub-theme to it. If you would like to expand that theme a bit then you could focus on more tribal synergies as well, like adding Bruna, the Fading Light and Herald of War. Also in your cat deck you have Herald's Horn and Urza's Incubator which I believe are better suited for this deck.
The big problem I am seeing with this deck overall is that your instants and sorcerys are a bit lacking, especially for red white, and your creature mana curve is really high. Some of the mana problems go away with the amount of rocks you run and if you switch to tribal angels you can use the artifacts and Herald of War to alleviate that a bit. Another problem is that most of your lands enter tapped.
To fix these things you could do as such (if you have the money or desire to):
-Desolation Giant (you're better off with a normal wrath)
-Jareth, Leonine Titan (doesn't have flying or reach which makes him worse)
-Kalemne's Captain (to much mana. If you have enough to monstrous, play an angel)
-Ancient Amphitheater (you wont be running enough giants for this to be worth it)
-Comeuppance (4 drop instant is a lot in this deck)
-Manabarbs (I like the idea, but you will need to tap many more lands than anyone else)
-Loxodon Warhammer (Great card, but not really useful in this high cost deck)
-Tamiyo's Journal (Too slow for this deck)
-Whispersilk Cloak (Most of your creatures already have flying)
+Seraph Sanctuary (life gain is nice & angel synergy)
+Defy Death (5 mana for an angel)
+Marshal's Anthem (anthems and brings back a bunch of creatures)
Other cards you might want to think about:There are plenty of other possible angels to add. The list is to big to add here, so look online if you are interested.
Path to Exile is great if you have a spare.
Wear is good, but it's a couple bucks.
Chaos Warp would be a must add if it wasn't $3.
Wraths are good at slowing down the game for you to catch up. Cards like Hour of Revelation, Day of Judgment, Blasphemous Act, Descend upon the Sinful, Rout, and Fumigate are all pretty good examples.
Vandalblast is a good artifact wrath.
Kindred Boon might be a sweet enchantment to check out.
Gratuitous Violence is right up this decks ally.
Berserkers' Onslaught is pretty cool as well.

Warchief Giant is pretty great too. Send one of the token copies at the chosen enemy (for Saskia). He has to block or take 10 damage, and 5/3 is some killing power.
Also some good aggressive planeswalkers include Arlinn Kord Flip (good budget), maybe Domri Rade, Nahiri, the Harbinger, Samut, the Tested, Sarkhan Vol, and seriously consider Sorin, Solemn Visitor. His lifelink ability could be simply insane, and he's real cheap for a walker.
Keeping those fresh ideas coming.

You are correct! Grenzo is great fun. I, also, have been somewhat underwhelmed by making Grenzo goblin tribal and switched over to a more, impact critter/voltron scrambled eggs deck that is great fun.

Mana Geyser - mana never been too much problem for the deck, my playgroup is mostly three players so this one doesnt work well.
Warchief Giant - too high cmc and as I say before my palygroup is mostly three players.
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle - nice land, several times was in maybeboard but it enters battlefield tapped and it is too much if you ask my oppinion.
Hanweir Garrison - was in deck before but was cut cuz too be really effective it needs haste and most time it was just one creature drop for .
