This Urza, Lord High Artificer deck is a more budget-friendly cEDH build. Win Cons are making infinite mana using Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal, or Pili-Pala and Grand Architect, then using Urza, Lord High Artificer to draw out the entire deck and play a Thassa's Oracle, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or a Laboratory Maniac.

This is my first cEDH build and I am considering adding many cards. If you have any reasonable upgrades/suggestions please comment.
