This list is made from pieces acquired from off the cuff purchases and from the new commander anthology. The deck runs in a far more controlling and interactive style than I am used to and I am pleasantly surprised at how well it works both in a pod and in a 1-on-1 situation. The locks that are possible with Meren, Lightning greaves, and a sac outlet are just ridiculous. The deck currently has a budget of ~$150 but realistically the main things holding the decks cost down are the land base and the lack of good support cards for the expensive high-impact ones. Every card is here because it serves a purpose but there are definitely more expensive alternatives that do the job better.
