This deck has a few options

Endless Whispers Wins:

Have Platinum Angel or Lich's Mastery on the field. Sac Phage to any sac outlet. When the opponent of your choosing dies, put her in the command zone. Repeat as many times as mana allows.

OR

Cast Phage. Make sure you’ve copied Deserted Temple with Vesuva or Thespian's Stage . Respond to her ETB trigger by sacing her. When she enters under someone else’s control, respond to THAT trigger with Homeward Path . Keep holding priority, untap the homeward path, sac Phage again, and repeat until everyone else has died or until you run out of deserted temples.

Other options are to clear everyone else’s board, cast Phage safely, and swing out, or if people just won’t let you have Phage, pretend you’re playing an aristocrats deck.
