I just wanna play draw-go but with big robots and weird machines instead of counterspells.

This is meant to be a very budget build, but I feel like the idea supports a lot of growth and development

Ramp hard, play Raff, then pass your turn and make all of your necessary plays at the most advantageous time. All of the cards in this deck can be played any time you could play an instant if Raff is out, so do that early. Repeat until you draw into some beaters.

Also, maybe throwing enough artifacts together will make an infinite somehow, who knows.
