Counter target artifact or enchantment spell.

Honestly this deck looks really solid. I don't really see why you came to us for advice lol.
All joking aside, I can tell just by looking at this list that this is going to struggle against Affinity (source: I'm a former Affinity player). There's not a lot of cards in blue and black that can deal with artifacts, but I've seen my fair share of Annul s, and that combined with the rest of your removal should be enough to fend them off.

Yeah, if your meta is running a large number of those cards, then it is probably running a few Annul . I normally don’t see either of them in my playgroup, though I have to run Echoing Truth to deal with Leyline of Sanctity . I also sideboard Inquisition of Kozilek (or Duress ) to catch some of the nasties like the cards you’ve mentioned, before they happen.
So yeah, keep Annul if you get value from it. Sideboards are entirely meta-dependant

Wow thank you very much for the review and the tips!! I thought that Tome Scour would be a good turn 1 card, but I will replace it in the future for the breaking (I got the promo art and I love it). But about removing Annul , I think that it can actualy help me do deal with cards like Witchbane Orb or Elixir of Immortality (if you know a better card to deal with those tell me please xD). Furthermore I'll keep in mind all that you said while playing, testing and improving the deck! Thanks again!

Flooremoji yeah definitely. Having Annul would have also been helpful since my opponent wisely played around Daze the entire game. So just having Annul in would have been a help regardless. That deck also runs the creature with protection from mono-colored, Guardian of the Guildpact . So the combination of Annul and Chainer's Edict will help me tremendously in that match up since if it resolves I have no way to interact with it in the maindeck.

I think Annul is great against artifacts or enchantments decks(affinity, boggles, etc), Dispel is good for counter battles against other blue decks(" i kill ur delver with Doom Blade , i use gush, i counter ur gush, i counter ur counter with dispel, now my gush resolves and i use foil for counter ur Doom Blade ), Duress is great against control decks or creatureless decks, Hydroblast is insane, rly good card, Nihil Spellbomb against graveyard strats, Stormbound Geist is great aggro/anti removal card, good against control, Shrivel is great against elves, goblins, or any decks that have a lots of 1/1 creature cards, Ghastly Demise is insane but is just against non-black creature decks.

@TheLoneDart -- Wow, I really like this idea! I didn't realize how good Cryptic Serpent and Pteramander could be.
I'd recommend tightening up your list a little bit. Dismember is very much a sideboard card. While it's great against a few decks, it's bad against others (Tron, anything aggro, anything that can reanimate).
Repeal is best for decks with bigger manabases. Try Into the Roil instead.
+1 Cryptic Serpent . 100%.
Cut down on permission. This may be more personal choice, but too much and you run the risk of losing to the stuff they already have in play.
Finally, make sure to have a handful of ways to deal with all kinds of graveyard hate out of the sideboard. People could side in anything from Tormod's Crypt or Relic of Progenitus to Rest in Peace or Leyline of the Void . Adding Annul to the SB gives you more outs to those cards (besides just Pithing Needle ).
I made a version, based on your list. Snaps added only because I happen to own a playset. These could obviously be swapped out for Mission Briefings, etc.

What is Nekusar doing for you in this deck? I get that it pings in when your commander comes down, but this deck doesn't seem like it cares about normal damage. I also noticed you're running Splinter Twin, but I don't see any combo pieces to make it a secondary win con. I like what you've done with the Bestow creatures, since some of them provide both evasion and future sac fodder, although you might also want to consider Aether Tunnel , Tricks of the Trade , and Infiltrator's Magemark , along with some damage doublers like Furnace of Wrath. I would also check out EDHREC for some more Grixis and Lord of Tresserhorn staples. It's odd that this deck isn't running Signets or Vandalblast and is favoring narrow answers like Annul over Negate
