Hapatra EDH deck built around the ideas of dispersing -1/-1 counters to allow you to generate tokens to provide blockers and/or potent attackers with the inclusion of Beastmaster Ascension. The -1/-1 counters also allow you to control board states with cards such as Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos. Kill of your own tokens to allow the triggers to hit the stack, then Hapatra gladly replaces your tokens for you. Best yet, if you have out Nest of Scarabs or Flourishing Defenses, you can trade 2-3 for 1. And all of that is before Parallel Lives is out.
