On BudgetEDH we build fun and optimized commander decks with a pre-set budget in mind. In this week's episode we build a $100 budget Volrath, the Shapestealer deck from the Magic the Gathering set Commander 2019. Volrath is a unique commander that can copy creatures on the battlefield that have counters on them. We built this deck to put counters on both our creatures and our opponents. We have a clone subtheme built in the deck to have some fun copying our opponent's creatures.
