Looking for advise on making the deck more consistant. I tried putting Felix Five-Boots as the commander but it gets removed immediately so I leave Gonti, Canny Acquisitor at the helm instead.

I have two game changers in the deck: Field of the DeadGC and Demonic TutorGC but they can be replaced with a Forest and Grim Tutor.

I am currently still looking for the Swords of X & Y to improve the deck.

The goal of the deck is to have one of my unblockable creatures to make contact with my opponent to trigger one of the many effects that trigger off combat damage.
