To keep it simple, this is an aristocrat themed deck with Sheoldred, Whispering One as the commander and having reanimate as a sub theme.

This deck has high aims, being it's to keep enemy board presence to a bare minimum. For keeping enemy board presence low that's where effects like Merciless Executioner and Fleshbag Marauder come in to play, especially being paired with Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos. To put in perspective, having the right conditions in a somewhat similar deck, I was able to have a friend sac something like 20 tokens in one turn at the end of a game, where Gray Merchant of Asphodel gave the final blow.

Some things to note: This deck has multiple ways to either cheat cards out or just out right hard cast them; for instance, Cabal Coffers + Deserted Temple + Rings of Brighthearth for infinite black mana. There is also Jet Medallion and Bontu's Monument that can significantly reduce the cost of cards. Along with The Immortal Sun to further decrease costs; though, the last one should be used carefully as to not mess with your own planeswalkers.

EDIT:Added in cards with Myriad, idea is to sacrifice at the end of combat allowing for more creature hate or effect triggers like Kokusho, the Evening Star, especially as the copies die before combat, hitting people regardless.

EDIT:Added in Rise of the Dark Realms as it synergies with sac'ing your creatures as well as enemy creatures.
