Gameplan

Stay out of the game untouched with Teferi's Protection (TP) each round of turns while removing threats and stopping opponents' combos. Eventually force a draw game.

Key Cards and Combos

Isochron Scepter - imprint Dramatic Reversal for infinite mana or use Narset's Reversal or another spell copier (such as Twincast ) or spell bouncer (such as Remand ) to use TP indefinitely

Narset's Reversal fulfills both roles, but the others do not. Enter Elite Arcanist (EA)- this is essentially a second Isochron Scepter , except TP can be used directly (though there are certainly other options)

Pull from Eternity - get TP and some other spells back into usability

Sundial of the Infinite / Time Stop - stop opponents from doing anything when you try to pass your turn after TP. When on EA, the latter can give infinite turns if paired with the Dramatic Scepter combo.

Taigam, Ojutai Master - counterspell protection

Bottled Cloister - You can't leave the game with hand! Oh, and you don't want opponents touching it. There's also extra card draw.
