This deck is the lovechild of two of my favorite archetypes and my preferred form of removal: voltron, combat tricks, and exile.

The deck is packed with enough high CMCs (labeled "fodder") that if I can't exile something good from my opponents, I'll just exile my own stuff. There's a good mix of equipment and instants to protect Bell Borca from multiple targeted removal spells, as well as to provide keywords (primarily double strike and trample) to get commander damage through. Just for added measure, there are some stax effects that happen to slow opponents down while continuously exiling cards.

Blazing Shoal is particularly lethal as whatever I exile for its cost becomes Bell Borca's base power and then doubles itself from the spell's +X/+0 effect.

Rousing Refrain is great as a recurring mana "source" to cast spells from exile if nothing else.

Sudden Disappearance and it's single-target forms Long Road Home and Otherworldly Journal help temporarily bypass blockers while possibly garnering a high CMC card to up Bell Borca's power.

Arc-Slogger is my way of guaranteeing Bell Borca's power is at least 7+.
