This is meant to get a few poison counters out on all players through toxic and then play other people's decks off Ixhel's ability. Win with standard wincons or with something cool that you steal. I put this together to play against mid power level decks and it does very well there, generally not feeling like it takes over the game. If you want to play high power then add more tutors and infect.
