This is my take on the feline Queen of Crime from Gotham city. You take what you want and declare yourself the queen, while keeping the initiative the entire time. It lacks a lot of staples in favor of flavor, but when it comes to it's flavor, it'd be hard to do much better than this, in my mind. I'm still working on the details, but this should be a fully functional deck that plays right around the 4 - 6 power level, as near as I can figure that scale out in my own mind.
