Commander deck built under Pioneer legality* Ironically, Arcades, The Strategist isn't a really strategy-intensive deck. Just play the dragon, draw a lot of cards and hit hard with the big bottomed bois.

As this deck is still far from being optimized, all suggestions are welcome.

(*): We play this format with my group just because is really hard to balance a table when not everyone has access to expensive or hard to find cards (and here in Argentina, some cards are really hard to find), and the fun dies when one in the table is able to oneshot everyone in the early game while the rest just looks. So we chose to play with a pool of cards thats easy to get, relativelly cheap, and keeps the game balanced without bans or a usually vague "friendly policy".
