This is a super-friends deck with a focus on using as many ultimates as possible. To do this, we're going to try and leverage The Legend Of Arena's affinity to Wizards and as many loyalty boosters as possible. If everything goes well, we'll be adding a lot of counters, so All Will Be One will serve as a nice damage boost, and a win-con in the right conditions.

Our primary goal is to get mana, so finding Mox Lotus using Tinker, Nahiri, the Harbinger or Saheeli Rai is critical. The first time our commander's final chapter triggers, we'll want to consider those two planeswalkers. a secondary goal is to get some protection going. Narset Transcendent can make that happen at the cost of needing to be protected. Everything will be thrown at you. Have that Cyclonic Rift ready. Once we've got a footing, card draw is critical. Most of this comes in the form of the wizards in the deck, but Rhystic Study works too. With those three factors on the board, keep yourself in a position of control. Getting the -12 from Teferi's Talent off will dramatically increase your board control. Combine that with Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage and you can respond to threats with instant planeswalker abilities from your hand. Add Ambiguity and you've got near total control. For extra fun, get Tamiyo, the Moon Sage's -8 emblem with Mox Lotus and Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage. Nothing you have will ever really goes away.
Win with either:
    Chandra, Torch of Defiance and casting all the cards you draw,
    All Will Be One and an excessive amount of counters on your planeswalkers,
    or run yourself out of cards with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries on the field.
    (Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded is good for taking out a player or two who are causing trouble.)

Mox Lotus for mana,
Paradox Engine if you have lots of wizards or mana rocks,
Panoptic Mirror if you have a good interaction card in-hand,

Omniscience for mana,
All Will Be One for damage,
Oath of Teferi if you have a lot of planeswalkers,
Teferi's Talent if you will have a lot of planeswalkers,
Ichormoon Gauntlet for more loyalty

Venser, the Sojourner To reset The Legend Of Arena,
Commodore Guff to cast planeswalkers easier,
Mordenkainen to draw cards and generate some protection,
Teferi, Master of Time to protect your stuff

    Teferi, Master of Time if nothing else,
    Commodore Guff if you have planeswalkers in hand
if three wizards
    Chandra, Torch of Defiance,
    Narset Transcendent (everyone will turn on you)

    Elspeth, Knight-Errant for protecting your premenents,
    Saheeli Rai Search for Mox Lotus, re-cast The Legend Of Arena,
    Rowan Kenrith To double your planeswalker activations,
    Tamiyo, the Moon Sage to recur everything,
    Teferi, Hero of Dominaria to remove permenents,
    Tezzeret, Artifice Master to make permenents,
    Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded if there's a lot of creatures and you want to kill someone

COMBOS
    Enter the Infinite or Mordenkainen + Mox Lotus = Play all your cards. You'll want to keep Jace, Wielder of Mysteries as you'll need his alternate win-con soon
    Tinker -> Mox Lotus = Infinite Mana
    Ambiguity + Planeswalkers = Either setup to counter anything played against you, or boost a planeswalker
    All Will Be One + Deepglow Skate = lots of damage from your planeswalkers
    Displacer Kitten + Deepglow Skate = Lots of counters for your planeswalkers
    Displacer Kitten + Dockside Extortionist = LOTS of mana
    Oath of Teferi + The Legend Of Arena = Reset The Legend Of Arena
    Venser, the Sojourner + The Legend Of Arena = Reset The Legend Of Arena
    Displacer Kitten + The Legend Of Arena = Reset The Legend Of Arena
    Oath of Teferi + Rowan Kenrith = Each planeswalker gets two activations per turn, and each of them is doubles for four total effects.
    Teferi's Talent + Trade Secrets = Minimum of four loyalty on enchanted Planeswalker, could be a lot more.
    Rowan's Talent + Planeswalkers that grant emblems = Two emblems
    Panoptic Mirror + Time Walk = Win the game
    Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage + Displacer Kitten = Casting planeswalkers can bounce planeswalkers (and creatures). Protects them from attacks and targeted spells
    Paradox Engine + Azami, Lady of Scrolls + Mana Rocks = Your turn will take a lot longer

NOTES
    Azami, Lady of Scrolls can tap herself the turn she is played.
    Patron Wizard can tap himself the turn he is played.
    If you activate Tamiyo, the Moon Sage's -8 when she only has 8 loyalty, she will not return to your hand.
