Where is the love for Multani? This guy is built to be a commander. He has shroud, which is important for any commander to have, and he is very strong. The idea of this deck is to keep you and your opponents' hand size above 4 cards. The more players, the better.

First, you want to make sure everyone keeps drawing cards to buff up Multani by using cards that benefit all players. Heartwood Storyteller, Mikokoro, Center of the Sea, Anvil of Bogardan , Font of Mythos, Horn of Greed , Howling Mine, Otherworld Atlas , Temple Bell, Kavu Lair, Rites of Flourishing, Selvala's Charge, and Nature's Resurgence . Of course, it's also beneficial to have draw cards only for yourself. Sylvan Library, Momentous Fall, Praetor's Counsel , and Garruk, Primal Hunter .

Next, you don't want your opponents to capitalize on your generosity, so to make sure they can't cast all the cards in their hand quickly, use cards such as: Dosan the Falling Leaf, Defense Grid , Thorn of Amethyst , Hall of Gemstone, and City of Solitude. (If you know of any other cards like this please let me know!)

By now you should be able to cast your commander, and he will be enormous. However, it's no fun when you can't buff him even further because of his shroud. You CAN however avoid this with cards that don't target. Craterhoof Behemoth, Bellowing Tanglewurm , Nylea, God of the Hunt, Thunderfoot Baloth, Akroma's Memorial , Spidersilk Armor , and Bow of Nylea all have an effect that bypasses shroud.

Allowing your opponents to draw many cards has a high risk high reward function with Multani, but he's not the only creature in your arsenal that has this ability. Maro , Masumaro, First to Live, Psychosis Crawler, and most importantly Realm Seekers are all dependent on the number of cards in your/all hands. To make these cards potentially better, use Reliquary Tower, Venser's Journal, Praetor's Counsel , and Anvil of Bogardan .

We aren't finished yet, at any point, you can play cards like Psychosis Crawler, Viseling, Black Vise, Ebony Owl Netsuke, Iron Maiden , Skullcage , Sword of War and Peace , Wolfcaller's Howl, and Storm Seeker to punish your opponents for having so many cards in their hands.

And of course, we need some EDH staples, Chord of Calling, Worldly Tutor for example. Also, since this is a green deck, mana ramp cards are present.
